Every person strives to become their best Self, but the path is rarely straightforward. Shaped by upbringing, conditioning, and emotional wounds, we often get stuck between who we are not, chasing the idea of becoming ‘somebody,’ and losing sight of who we truly are.
Life presents unexpected challenges - These are not just coincidences or bad luck - It’s a call from our True Self to live authentically.
Many assume that working harder leads to joy, but what if that strategy isn’t working and there’s another way?
What if it’s about unlearning, releasing blocks, and simply re-opening the brilliance you’ve always had?
At times, we lose touch with our true Self, buried under emotional wounds and plans that didn’t go to plan!

Relationships are one of the most important mirrors for our personal growth. They reveal our triggers, strengths, and the emotional patterns we carry. Used wisely we can grow together. Yet, part of that growth also means recognising when it’s time to let go, allowing ourselves & others to step into their truth. Relationships need to honour the truth of who we are.

It’s about peeling back the layers of what you think you “should” be doing and discovering what truly lights you up. When you align with your authentic self, joy and purpose naturally follow, allowing you to live more fully and meaningfully each day.

Everything I share includes wisdom from my own journey of overcoming stuckness. As a trauma-informed coach with a background in psychology, embodiment, and therapy, I’m passionate about providing practical, actionable tools that work in the real world - right where life happens.

They can also be a hidden cage. Let me explain.
Every human behaviour, even those that don’t serve us, is an attempt to feel good. But when difficult emotions come along we enter into a trap of either trying to feel better by changing our external circumstances or avoiding our feelings. These two temporary strategies stop working as we age. Because lasting fulfilment and freedom can only come by utilising our emotions. Even if, at first, that feels unfamiliar.
Instead of avoiding or being overwhelmed by emotions, we can access their wisdom. Our feelings offer hidden guidance long before crises arise. Using simple tools, we learn to listen to the hidden guidance, make space for and healthily dissolve difficult emotions. We stop chasing unhelpful external solutions and instead, we connect to joy, compassion, and unconditional love.

As a 10-year-old I remember observing my junior school teachers thinking,
“What’s made you so unhappy”?
In my teenage years, I endured challenges and trauma - my hopes and dreams were knocked away. I wandered into psychology, somatics and the sciences of the Self. I was curious - What is really possible when we drop our armour and heal our wounds?
In this, I’ve worked across the world as a coach and leading group workshops.
I used to ask myself, what do I want out of life but now I live by, how is life
asking me to expand? And then celebrating the ‘luck’ that falls my way through that expansion.
Once we have an opening chat, let’s talk about price and plans. Like so many things in life, a coaching exchange is about adding value that is a balanced return for the investment.
Some of my clients are high earners but that doesn’t mean I charge a high earner rate for everyone.

Our teaching from school days onwards conditions us to work toward a brighter future.
That freedom is around the corner but… we must work hard and keep it going. And when we get there, we fall for the same trick all over again.
Who we really are is defined by how we feel now, in ‘each’ present moment. If that’s unsettling, up and down, stagnant or limiting we know we are not living our truth or embodying freedom.
